Hawaii Five-O Wiki

A ia la aku (From This Day Forward) is the 4th episode of Season Four in the remake version of Hawaii Five-0.

A wedding ends in turmoil when the supposed bride-to-be goes missing while a man who crashes the wedding is also found dead. As the team investigate, they discover that the bride was not who she appeared to be while Danny makes a decision, one that could ultimately affect his relationship with Gabby.

Five-0 investigate the shooting death of a wedding crasher, Brad Dixon. McGarrett suspects the runaway bride, Dahlia Swaine after video footage shows her scared reaction after seeing the victim, indicating the two had a history.

Chin discovers that the victim ran several scams, with Dahlia, revealed to be his sister Nicole Dixon, as an accomplice. They later find Nicole, barely alive from an apparent car accident.

After she is stabilized, Five-0 learns that someone actually kicked her car over the edge, and evidence points towards her brother trying to kill her.

It is eventually determined that Dahlia's fiance's family lawyer is the one killed Brad when he ran a background check on Dahlia due to the fact the lawyer felt jealous about the family not acknowledging him or his hard work.

Meanwhile, Kono and Adam capture a Yakuza operative in Hong Kong and learn that the hit has been ordered by Riku Sato, a former ally of Adam's. Together the two learn that Kono is wanted dead as well, and that the hit is not about revenge for Michael Noshimori's death.

Steve McGarrett: You want my advice?
Danny Williams: Absolutely not.
Steve McGarrett: When Catherine was going to turn down the job Billy offered her because of me, you know what I told her, I told her to take the job.
Danny Williams: That's because you're stupid.

Danny Williams: Oh, look. Look, look. It's, uh, Catherine's boss/ex-boyfriend. Uh, Billy? Is that his name?
Steve McGarrett: Yes. You know his name's Billy.
Danny Williams: Huh. Billy.
Steve McGarrett: What's he doing here? They're supposed to be working.
Danny Williams: Oh, maybe he's come to ask you for her hand in marriage.
Steve McGarrett: You're actually enjoying this, aren't you?
Danny Williams: Oh, we all gotta be reminded of our mistakes, babe.

Catherine Rollins: Women, I know they dress modesty there, but you'd think the way this guy looks at me I was wearing a string bikini.
Steve McGarrett: What's his name? I'll beat him up.
