Alicia Brown is a retired FBI profiler.
We are first introduced to Alicia Brown in No ke ali'i wahine a me ke 'aina; she is a profiler who is reluctant to help the Five-0 task force in finding the serial killer that is putting chess pieces in the victims mouths.
In He Moho Hou, she finally agrees to help Five-0 when a dead body shows up in her bed as a message from the killer. We see at the end that they may have a suspect in mind based on something they saw in the therapist's office.
In Hu a'e ke ahi lanakila a Kamaile, she and Steve are kidnapped by serial killer/therapist Dr. Madison Gray. Dr. Gray stabs them in the back, then puts them in a water cave to die; however, Steve saves her from drowning, and they are rescued by the Five-0 team.
In Hahai i nā pilikua nui, it is discovered that Alicia's daughter Sienna is not actually dead, as earlier presumed; she was just hidden by Madison Gray in a cabin.
She prefers being in solitude than around people, but after she finds and rescues her daughter (with the help of Steve McGarrett) she says that she'd like to go out with Steve, Sienna, and herself at a restaurant.
- Her Daughter Sienna, was captured by a serial killer; she was found in the later half of season 7 alive.
- She has a phobia of drowning.
- In Makaukau 'ce e Pa'ani, Steve is revealed to be single.
- In No Ke Ali'i' Wahine A Me Ka Aina Steve once again claims to be single.
- Later shown to have a relationship pending with Alicia Brown in Hu a'e ke ahi lanakila a Kamaile. However in Ka makuahine a me ke keikikane is again in a confirmed relationship with Lynn Downey.
