Erica Raines is a CIA assassin who appeared in Po'ipu and who was an assassin hired to kill General Pak but despite, Raines only succeeded in eliminating a member of the security detail that was assigned to guard Pak.
She tried to escape but while being pursued by Steve McGarrett and the H50 team, Raines was struck by a bus and died instantly.
