Gerard Burns was a defense attorney who appeared in Wahine'inoloa and later in the Season 4 episode, Pale'la where he was later arrested and presumably imprisoned after confessing to killing his wife, Sally Ann, and her lover, estate agent Guy Ingram. Lastly appears in the Season 6 episode, Ka Pono Ku'oko'a at the age of 61, where he is chained to 5 other fugitives, including Jason Duclair and Adam Noshimuri, while he was at a creek getting water, a serial killing cannibal, Henry Garavito, hit him on the head with a rock, drowned him and broke a bottle to open up his chest and ate Burns' heart.
