Henry Garavito was a cannibalistic serial killer who appeared in Season 6 episode, Ka Pono Ku'oko'a.
Garavito was imprisoned at Halawa in solitary confinement for killing and cannibalizing two families. When a chemical spill lead to the escape of 6 prisoners, including Garavito, Adam Noshimuri and Jason Duclair, Gerard Burns, Bobby Stockman, and Enfrin Aquino, who were all initially shackled. They eventually break free and separate, leading Garavito to kill and eat both Aquino and Burns before being knocked out by Adam. Eventually, after finding one of the Yakuza assassins bounded to a tree, he is confronted by Commander Steve McGarrett and Detective Danny Williams who shoot and kill him when he charges at them.
