After Thomas got stabbed in a mess hall fight and died prior to the events in Loa Aloha (episode), Thomas's grief-stricken, Travis arrived in Hawaii and embarked on a killing spree where he targeted and successfully killed Katie Kamelei, Judge Kameli's daughter, leaving Judge Kameli devastated.
