Madison Gray also known The Chessboard Killer was a psychiatrist and high thinking serial killer. She was the main antagonist of Season 7.
Season 7[]
Madison Gray is known for convincing people to kill for her.
In season 7, Madison Gray turns herself in under an alias. She was pretending that she had a dissociative personality disorder, where she had two personalities that coexisted with out any knowledge of the other. When she entered HPD, her hands were covered in blood. She was kept restrained in a room where Steve paid her a visit. Then, Five-0 gets intel that the blood on her hands was a partial match to Alicia Brown, a retired FBI criminal profiler who helped Five-0 on a case involving multiple serial killers. Worried, Steve rushes to Alicia's apartment to find her perfectly okay. Alicia insists on visiting Madison Gray and Steve accompanies her. "Lauren Parker", Madison Gray's alias accuses Alicia of attacking her and said proof is in a cut Lauren made on her right forearm. The cut is indeed there and Alicia says she fell hiking and cut herself on a rock, and Steve believes her as he knows Alicia and trusts her. Steve is staying with Alicia because she doesn't feel safe, and he wakes up around 4am to find her missing. Alicia had gone HPD with a small, thin blade in her boot threatening Madison. Madison insists Alicia let her go because Madison has a secret that Alicia must know. They then travel to Wisconsin together, where the man who allegedly orchestrated the murder of Alicia's daughter is imprisoned (for being a serial killer but he was in jail when Alicia's daughter was murdered). Madison takes Alicia to the house of the man who killed her daughter, drops off Alicia with a gun and leaves. Alicia finds her daughter in said house alive and well. Later that night, Madison shows up in Alicia's house with a gun, and says she wants to turn a good-hearted person into a killer would be a true accomplishment and gives Alicia the gun. Madison says killing her is the only way to ensure her daughters safety. As Alicia calls 9-1-1 to get Madison arrested, she turns it into a report of a murder and shoots Madison.
