Morris Brown is a businessman who appeared in Powa Maka Moana (episode). He is the father of Justin Brown, who complied to the kidnappers' demands in the hope that they would release his son.
Unfortunately, the kidnappers responded by shooting Justin in the head and dumping his body on a beach with Lieutenant Commander Steve McGarrett and Detective Danny Williams later discovering Justin's body after being informed by the kidnapper. When they broke the news to them, Rebecca started to blame Morris for even complying with the demand.
