Dr. Noelani Cunha is the medical examiner for the Honolulu Police Department.

Season 7[]
Noelani is introduced in the season premiere when she is in the office of Five-0 looking at the murder victim that was found in the office by the team.
Season 10[]
Neolani uncle dies mysteriously. She goes out finding who is the real killer to put him in Jail, to honor his memory.

Dr. Cunha is also a recurring character in the Magnum P.I. remake series, which debuted in 2018. Other minor characters from Five-O have appeared, but she is the only one (as of late 2019) to make enough appearances to be considered a recurring character.
