Trivia

• The season includes a crossover with Magnum P.I.
• On May 9, 2019, it was renewed for the tenth season along with five drama series.
• On June 13, 2019, the series has been scheduled on Friday, September 27 at 8:00pm, right before Magnum P.I.
• The series would film in Oahu on July 17, 2019 and wrapping up on March 30, 2020.
• In the Season 9 finale of Hawaii 5 0 we saw Omar Hassan's wife pull out a 3D Made Pistol and shoot Steve presumably but she could have shot Jerry.
• On September 27, 2019, following the season premiere Jorge Garcia announced that he's leaving after four seasons planning not to renew his contact.
• On February 28, 2020, it was announced that the tenth season would be the final season.
• On March 12, 2020, due to the March Madness violation, CBS announced that with the timeslot being opened up, the series finale would be split into two parts, the first part airing on March 27, with the second part airing on April 3, while keeping the series' regular timeslot.
